Parties of less than 6 participants are not exclusive
and may include additional trekkers.
All reservations are taken on a first come first served
basis. Reservations are confirmed when the reservation form and deposit or full
payment is received by Highline Trail Llamas. A confirmation receipt will be
returned via E-mail or U. S. Postal Service.
Please realize when you make your reservation and deposit;
you are making a commitment to the dates and number of participants or number
of llamas, just as we are committing to the services required. A 50% deposit is
required to confirm your reservation with the balance due 15 days prior to
departure. Non-payment of balance will be considered a cancellation and the
deposit forfeited.
Reservations made and cancelled more than 90 days prior to
departure will have the deposit refunded less $100.00 cancellation fee.
At times it is possible to accommodate last minute trips
(less than 15 days prior to departure). Full payment must be made at the time
of booking.
A liability release form must be read & signed and
additionally for llama rentals a rental form must be understood & signed.
